First, he had difficulty locating the customer site because it is a new store in a new outdoor mall. The store is not marked in any way.
Second, he went to the local UPS center and picked up a DSL modern that UPS had tried and failed to deliver three times because they were unable to locate the store.
Third, he made the necessary cabling connections to bring the DSL into the store.
Fourth, he worked patiently with support to get the DSL service up and running.
Fifth, he waited for the product support tech to become available and then worked with him to get it up and running.
Lastly, he worked with the customer to test and verify that all equipment was working properly.
Throughout all of this, his expertise, professionalism, and attitude kept things calm and moving forward. He enabled us to deliver service today to our customer on time.

He did a wonderful job of directing the techs and working on site with the client’s technical personnel.
