Leadership Team

As a co-founder and CEO of Acuative, Vince brings vast knowledge and understanding of converged networking, IT, and technology challenges, requirements and applications as well as the dynamics of the enterprise and carrier marketplace. As one of the founding partners of Acuative in 1984, Vince has been a key player in pursuing markets and developing products for a number of the largest, most successful public and private companies and positioned Acuative as a leader in the industry.

Rich is a co-founder of Acuative and has over 30 years of experience in voice and data communications working with large enterprises and service providers. Rich's experience gives him the ability to tackle complex opportunities that require collaboration with other organizations to develop innovative and responsive solutions to large customers and government organizations. 

Robert joined Acuative in 2014 as part of the acquisition of Thrupoint, Inc., a global provider of consulting and professional services. He brings over 25 years experience in managing worldwide operations, business development, and domestic and global expansion for technology companies. Robert holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Florida State University and a Master of Science degree from Johns Hopkins University, Baltimore, MD.

Patrick joined Acuative in 2007 and brings a diverse combination of technology and high-growth company experience to his position as CFO. He has responsibility for finance, administration, business process and information systems. With more than 25 years experience in financial functions, including strategic planning, corporate accounting and reporting, tax, treasury, M&A and risk management, Patrick is a CPA and holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Seton Hall University, South Orange, NJ.

Greg has an extensive record of structuring and scaling sales organizations that consistently surpass objectives and turn in top results for both founder-led enterprises and Fortune 500 global industry leaders. He is a disciplined sales cycle expert and accomplished driver of growth. He is responsible for Acuative’s Service Provider Business unit, which also includes system integrators and technology providers.
Greg has had leadership positions in Sales, Product Management and Marketing for AT&T and Lucent. Greg holds a BA in Psychology, BS in Electrical Engineering and an MBA all from Rutgers University. 

Jessica joined Acuative in July 2022, with over 30 years of experience in leadership roles in the technology industry. She spent five years as VP, Customer Success at TenFour and prior to that held a variety of senior IT Leadership positions at the United States Golf Association. Jessica is a speaker on the topics of client engagement, team culture, digital transformation, and cloud computing, has been published in multiple industry outlets, and is a contributing author to the book, “Digital Transformation Demystified".

Chad is an experienced Executive with over 30 years of global, diverse, leadership experience within multiple industries. From Operations to Engineering, Sales to Security, he has led virtually every function across multiple industries, including Operations and Security at JPMorgan, CISO and Service Operations Executive at Cargill, CTO at SuperValu and Chief Administrative Officer at a Global Produce company.  Chad is a frequent speaker at industry conferences, advisor to publications, and frequent contributor to forums on experience in redefining how the business of IT is delivered in a high functioning, high performing manner.

Sean brings 25 years of experience serving clients as a business technologist and change agent across sales, marketing, business development, product management, GTM strategy, and engineering operations. Sean has overall responsibility for Acuative’s revenue and growth strategy globally, helping our clients embrace full stack observability and site assurance across their digital transformation and modernization initiatives. Sean joins Acuative after 10 years at DXC, most recently leading their $1.5B  GBS Applications, Engineering, Data, AI, and Consulting businesses across the Americas. A father of three great kids, Sean spends his spare time deep sea fishing for Mahi Mahi and scuba diving in the warm waters of South Florida.
