Our story.
Over 40 years ago, our journey began in a modest apartment with a simple mission: to deliver reliable field services with integrity, precision, and a customer-first mindset. Armed with determination and a vision for something greater, our founder and CEO rolled up his sleeves and got to work, solving complex problems one client at a time, often with limited resources but an unlimited commitment to service.
As the demand for connectivity and digital infrastructure grew, so did we. What started as a small field services outfit evolved steadily into a full-fledged technology services provider. We expanded our capabilities, built a reputation for excellence, and earned the trust of some of the world's most recognized brands. Each milestone reflected our relentless focus on innovation, responsiveness, and doing right by our clients, no matter the challenge.
Today, we are a multimillion-dollar global corporation offering end-to-end managed network services, field engineering, and technology deployment solutions. But we've never forgotten our roots. That same entrepreneurial spirit that drove our CEO to start this company in a one-bedroom apartment still powers us today — only now, it fuels a team of hundreds across the world, all working to keep businesses connected, secure, and future-ready.

Vincent Sciarra
As a co-founder and CEO of Acuative, Vince brings vast knowledge and understanding of converged networking, IT, and technology challenges, requirements and applications as well as the dynamics of the enterprise and carrier marketplace. Vince has been a key player in pursuing markets and developing products for a number of the largest, most successful public and private companies.
Rich Ackerman
Rich is a co-founder of Acuative and has over 40 years of experience in voice and data communications working with large enterprises and service providers. Rich's experience gives him the ability to tackle complex opportunities that require collaboration with other organizations to develop innovative and responsive solutions.
Patrick Danna
Patrick joined Acuative in 2007 and brings a diverse combination of technology and high-growth company experience to his position as CFO. With more than 25 years experience, he has responsibility for finance, administration, business process and information systems. Patrick is a CPA and holds a Bachelor of Science degree.
Robert Foley Jr.
Robert joined Acuative in 2014 as part of the acquisition of Thrupoint, Inc., a global provider of consulting and professional services. He brings over 25 years experience in managing worldwide operations, business development, and domestic and global expansion for technology companies.
Chad Mead
Chad is an experienced Executive with over 30 years of global, diverse, leadership experience within multiple industries. From Operations to Engineering, Sales to Security, he has led virtually every function across multiple industries. Chad is a frequent speaker on redefining how the business of IT is delivered in a high functioning, high performing manner.
Greg Sweeney
Greg has an extensive record of structuring and scaling sales organizations that consistently surpass objectives. Greg is a disciplined sales cycle expert and accomplished driver of growth. He is responsible for Acuative's Service Provider Business unit, which also includes system integrators and technology providers.
James Brown
Experienced marketer with over 20 years working in the advertising, IT, media & telecoms industries. James is responsible for Acuative's global marketing strategy, direct marketing programs, branding, social media and corporate communications.
Alif Jegham
Alif is the new EVP of Middle East operations at Acuative with 15 years in the telecom industry, previously Director at Vonage Business. He has a Computer Science degree from Strayer University and is multilingual due to his diverse upbringing.
Will Harvey
Will Harvey is Acuative's Chief Revenue Officer and Operating Partner, bringing 35+ years in telecom and technology services, including leading AT&T's Network Integration Unit and Alliance Channel, driving revenue growth.
