Can you tell us a little about your background and work history?
I have been in the telecoms industry for over 30 years. I started my career at CompuServe as a technician after graduating from DeVry Columbus. I later completed my MBA at Franklin University.
Over the years, I have held roles such as GM, Director of Operations, and VP of Operations, including Acuative from 2008-2015. I left Crown Castle in 2020 to focus on some personal business ventures. When I was approached about returning to Acuative, I got pretty excited. Acuative had always felt more like home to me than any company.
How are you planning to impact Acuative?
I hope to make an immediate impact within the Acuative Field Operations organization. I know this business very well and know how to make it successful. I will refresh our core competencies while focusing on our “customer experience.”
I will ensure development and implementation of efficient operations, optimal technician utilization and cost-effective systems to meet current and future needs of Acuative and our customer base.
What are your predictions for the future of the managed network/field services landscape?
The future of managed network/field services looks exciting. Many companies are looking to streamline network services and Acuative can help.
We differentiate from our competitors because of the size and skill of our field operations organization. It's one of our greatest strengths and I'm proud to be working with our talented and hardworking field service technicians.
