At Acuative, our people are what make us Be Ready! This month, we sat down with Kristin Holzschuh, one of our Project Coordinators, to talk about the lessons her career has taught her and the advice she’d share with others.
Q: What’s one of the biggest lessons your career has taught you?
Kristin: One thing my career has taught me is that you don’t have to know everything, but you do need to be willing to learn. Communication, teamwork, and being open to learning from others go a long way.
Q: How do you approach growth in your role?
Kristin: There’s always something new to learn, and every experience helps you grow. I try to look at each new challenge as an opportunity to build on what I already know.
Q: What advice would you give to someone starting out in their career?
Kristin: My advice would be to never stop learning, don’t be afraid to ask questions, and don’t feel like you have to know everything.
Q: What habits help you succeed as a Project Coordinator?
Kristin: Stay organized, communicate, and be willing to step outside your comfort zone.
