Herndon, VA - Acuative is pleased to announce that Jim Smallwood has joined the team as Senior Director of Federal Partnerships, bringing four decades of telecommunications industry experience and a background spanning sales, professional services, business operations, service delivery, and program management.
Throughout his career, Jim has held leadership positions focused on the development and delivery of complex, network-oriented solutions, with a demonstrated track record of helping organizations address operational challenges and achieve business results. Most recently, he led Public Sector sales for AT&T Integrated Solutions, overseeing teams that developed and delivered value-added services designed to help customers address evolving needs and accelerate digital transformation.
In his role at Acuative, Jim will focus on the company’s U.S. Federal customer base, working across Sales, Solutioning, Delivery, and Operations to support growth strategies and address the specialized requirements of government customers and channel partners.
His responsibilities will include helping align Acuative’s capabilities with Federal market opportunities, strengthening cross-functional execution, and leveraging the company’s competitive differentiators to support current and future customer engagements.
Jim is based in Greensboro, North Carolina, and will maintain a presence at Acuative’s Herndon, Virginia office.
